Vui lòng không bỏ trống bất cứ phần nào. Nếu phần nào không liên quan, vui lòng điền vào “N.A”
Hồ sơ không đầy đủ thông tin sẽ không được chấp nhận.
Hồ sơ nộp kèm theo bao gồm:
• Giấy khai sinh/ Giấy chứng sinh của trẻ
• Sổ tiêm chủng hoặc sổ y tế của trẻ
• Hình gần nhất của trẻ ( 2 hình)
• Sổ hộ khẩu, CMND/ Hộ chiếu của cả cha và mẹ
• Học bạ gần nhất của trẻ (nếu có)
• Phí nộp hồ sơ (không hoàn trả)
Bạn sẽ được nhận bảng câu hỏi Làm quen với bé. Bạn phải trả lời đầy đủ vào bảng câu hỏi và gửi về trường trong vòng 7 ngày sau khi nộp Hồ sơ đăng ký tuyển sinh.
Bạn cũng có thể nộp bảng câu hỏi qua email.
Vui lòng điền đầy đủ thông tin. Nếu phần nào không liên quan, vui lòng điền vào “N.A”.
Đơn thiếu thông tin sẽ không được chấp nhận.

Bạn và trẻ sẽ được mời đến một buổi phỏng vấn tại trường. Bạn sẽ được cung cấp thêm thông tin về học sinh của MGIS, đồng thời trao đổi thêm thông tin hữu ích cho chúng tôi để giúp trẻ sớm hòa nhập khi vào học.
Buổi phỏng vấn này chưa đảm bảo hồ sơ đăng ký tuyển sinh được chấp thuận.
